## Terms

**Booking & deposit.** A 50% deposit holds your date. The remainder is due at
the event or paid online beforehand.

**Cancellation.** Seven days notice or more for a full refund. Inside seven
days, your deposit becomes a credit toward a future booking within twelve
months.

**Weather.** We carry canopies and umbrellas, can rebook free of charge for
weather we both judge unsafe, and can move events indoors when possible.

**Photography.** Photos taken by our team during your event may be used in
our portfolio and on social media. Let us know in advance if you'd prefer they
not be shared publicly.

**Liability.** We use our best judgment to provide a safe, beautiful event.
Setup occurs in spaces we don't always control; you remain responsible for
guests, property, and any damage they may cause.
