Luxury picnic experiences

## A picnic with *everything* you'd never pack yourself.

We've been setting luxury picnics across southern Oregon since 2021 — in
parks, at your home, or at one of our hand-selected wineries and private
venues. We bring the table, the linens, the glassware, the florals, and the
basket; you bring the people. Perfect for date nights, birthdays, proposals,
anniversaries, showers — or just because.

### Pick a size.

All packages include two hours of picnic time — add extra hours for $30 each.
For groups larger than 20, see [elopements & small weddings](https://kellyhammondevents.com/elopements), or
send a note and we'll plan the perfect picnic together. We can also coordinate
food, floral arrangements, and almost anything else you can imagine.

#### Two-person — $195

Our date-night package — just as good for anniversaries and proposals.

- Setup, teardown, cleanup
- Blankets, rugs, pillows
- Table for two, decor, umbrella if needed
- Tableware: silverware, plates, glassware, cloth napkins
- Sparkling and still water, ice bucket
- Amenity basket

#### 3–8 person — $275

Birthdays, showers, and small celebrations.

- One large table with up to eight settings
- All the standard inclusions

#### 9–14 person — $395

Bigger groups, two large tables.

- Two large tables
- All the standard inclusions

#### 15–20 person — $525

Three tables for a longer gathering.

- Three large tables
- All the standard inclusions

### Set, served, and cleared.

- Setup, teardown, and cleanup
- Table(s) and all decorations — pillows, blankets, rugs
- Tableware — silverware, cups, plates, cloth napkins
- Sparkling and still water with ice bucket
- Amenity basket
- Two hours of rental time (more by request — $30/hour)

- **Plan it** — Browse packages, pick a location — a park, private home, or vineyard.

- **Book it** — Send date, time, guest count, and add-ons. A 50% deposit holds the date.

- **Enjoy it** — We arrive 45–90 minutes early to set up. You get two hours. We come back to clear.

### Picnic FAQ.

**Can we drink alcohol?**

Yes at private venues and wineries. Most public parks prohibit it — we'll help you find an alternative if you want a wine afternoon.

**What if it rains?**

Canopies, umbrellas, rebooking, or moving indoors are all options. We'll figure it out together.

**Is the picnic accessible?**

Yes — we bring side tables and chairs at no extra charge for anyone who can't sit on the ground.

**Are kids welcome?**

Yes. We bring child-friendly tableware and coloring books on request.

**What about cleanup?**

We handle everything. Guests get to-go containers for any leftovers.
