Common questions

Things couples ask first.

Do we get to pick our design?

Absolutely! We ask you to send us inspiration pictures to start, and then we work together to create your dream picnic.

Do we get to pick where you set up?

We're open to setting up at new beaches and locations. We'll do our research to make sure the spot is safe and workable for hauling our equipment, and we'll work together to find a location that works for everyone. On the day, we may need to shift the plan on the beach depending on wind and tides.

What about weather?

The coast can be unpredictable. We can cover picnics up to 20 people with canopies, but wind is wind — we always encourage couples to have an Airbnb or indoor location as a backup, just in case.

What about food?

Food isn't included in your picnic, but we're happy to bring local southern Oregon charcuterie and cake for an additional delivery fee, or recommend catering and restaurant options for your area.

Do we need to get a permit?

We've never needed a permit for our setups — they're under 50 people without large structures — but we always encourage you to check your specific county's rules, and we'll help you confirm.

Two of you, thirty of you, fifty of you.

Wherever your dream wedding is, we'd be thrilled to be there.
