Things people ask first.
Can we drink alcohol at our event?
Yes at private venues and wineries. Most public parks prohibit it — we'll help you check and find an alternative if needed.
What happens if it rains?
We carry canopies and umbrellas, can rebook, and have indoor backup options on every date. Bigger storms get rescheduled — no penalty.
Are these picnics accessible?
Yes. We bring side tables and chairs at no extra charge for guests who can't sit on the ground.
Are kids welcome?
Of course. We bring child-friendly tableware and coloring books on request.
Do you handle food?
We coordinate cheese & charcuterie via local vendors, and arrange outside catering, bakeries, and desserts. You're also welcome to bring your own food.
