I'm Kelly. I plan weddings and events with a whole lot of heart.
I started this company in 2021 setting luxury picnics on beaches and in vineyards across southern Oregon. Those picnics grew into a full event company — hundreds of events later, I've curated and styled festivals, business events, weddings, and plenty of intimate two-person picnics, and I've learned every one of them is special and meaningful. Along the way I've built deep experience in tablescape design, venue and event management, and I even own a mobile bar.
I bring a fun, lighthearted, and professional approach to planning. Your day should reflect you — and I want you to have fun planning it. I work with a small team I couldn't do this without: Courtney runs the floor with me, and Heather captures it all. We'd love to meet you.

The Rogue Valley, Bend, the coast — all of Oregon.
The Rogue Valley is home. We're based in Ashland and plan weddings and events throughout Medford, Talent, Phoenix, Jacksonville, the Applegate, and Grants Pass — the vineyards, ranches, and backyards we know street by street, including Naumes Suncrest Winery in Talent.
The Oregon coast is our second home. From Brookings and Gold Beach up through Bandon, Florence, Newport, Lincoln City, and Cannon Beach, we've set elopements and picnics on beaches most planners have never scouted — and we're regulars at Crook Point in Pistol River.
And we travel. Bend — where we work Rock Springs Ranch — the Willamette Valley, wherever your dream wedding is — a travel fee covers fuel, lodging, and travel time outside the greater Medford, Ashland, and Grants Pass area, and we'll always do our best to work within your budget.
