Kelly is an absolute dream to work with. She understood the vision of our wedding within one meeting, and was able to quickly start making our vision a reality! She has connection with the best vendors in the Valley, and made sure that we got only the best! She always made sure we knew that we could reach out to her, and would make sure to set up meetings with us throughout the process. Not only was she so organized and on top of it, but she was also so attuned to our emotional needs. I felt like she had us under her wing, and would make sure to protect us and advocate for us with our vendors, and even with family dynamics when it was needed. Kelly is the MVP of our Wedding Day

Kelly from Rogue Picnics was everything on our wedding day. We don't know how she pulled it all off. She showed up with the most calming energy (which, let’s be real, is half the battle on a wedding day), and just handled everything. Guests? Handled. Vendors? Handled. Timeline? Handled. Us forgetting to eat or drink water? Handled with snacks and hydration on deck. She was in 10 places at once, making sure everything ran smoothly while also making us laugh and feel super taken care of. The whole day felt easy and seamless because of her... and that’s saying a lot for a wedding. Even when a couple of little hiccups came up like spilling drinks on the dance floor, she just swooped in, fixed it, and didn’t even let us worry about it. She made the whole thing feel effortless, like we were guests at our own wedding... and that’s the dream, right? Kelly's a pro, a total sweetheart, and amazing to work with! We love her.

Incredible Event Coordination

I am an event photographer that has worked along side and seen Kelly in action for many years. I have seen her do bigger events where there was 100s of people as well as smaller elopements that include travel. She is one of the most organized event coordinators I have met as well as the most kind. I recommend her as one of my top resources for my wedding and event clients. I always feel confident that my clients will be happy with her services. I highly recommend her and would book her myself for my own wedding. Five stars!

As an officiant for 50 plus weddings every year, over 750 in my career - I want to tell you that Kelly @ Kelly Hammond Events is one the top two (both are so much better than the others) Wedding Planners/Coordinators I have ever worked with! Kelly is such a kind and loving human being, who pours her heart and soul into every last detail. Communication was top notch and so was every detail on our wedding day. I trusted her completely and it went above what I was expecting. The day went so smoothly of course there were hiccups with my family and clothing not fitting right day of but I had no idea that there were any issues! She takes it all on and makes your day as stress free as humanly possible. Our wedding and reception was set up and designed by her and it couldn't have been more beautiful. Elopement at the Coast

We couldn't have asked for a better planner than Kelly. My wife and I traveled six hours to Southern Oregon for our elopement, and she made the entire experience feel effortless. From coordinating with our photographer, florist, private chef, and hair and makeup team to creating a structured but relaxed timeline that adapted seamlessly to the weather and the natural flow of the day, every detail was handled with care. The thoughtful touches, like the amazing charcuterie lunch in the California redwoods, made the experience even more special. Beyond her organization, Kelly is simply an incredible person. She's genuine, funny, uplifting, and has an amazing ability to read the room—always knowing when to step in and help and when to give us space to enjoy the moment together. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement, a large wedding, or anything in between, we can't recommend Kelly highly enough.

Day of Wedding Coordinator

Kelly was an amazing coordinator. Was helpful throughout the whole process and never added more stress. She was easy going with preferences I had based off my type of organization. Super easy going which made the whole bridal wedding process so much easier! Day of the fact that she had extra hands was huge. I didn't feel worried about one thing all day! She was also such a positive light to the whole day she felt so much like family/ friends. She was there when I needed her every step of the way. Not to mention a huge swiftie and hugely complimentary she is just a sweet human to be around. her assistants were also amazing too! A great team and company she has created!

We had the opportunity to work with Kelly Hammond Events twice - once to plan a small backyard ceremony in advance and a second time to plan and execute a large wedding reception. One of the things that impressed us most was Kelly's extensive network of incredible vendors. She connected us with talented, reliable professionals in the Valley who perfectly matched our vision. It was clear that the venue and vendors knew and trusted her, which made everything run smoothly day-of. Kelly also has an amazing eye for design and detail. She found the most beautiful napkins for our reception and they ended up being one of those special touches that elevated the entire look of the tables. Her table-setting and reception design deck creative skills are state of the art. Our tables were stunning and since we had a reception only, they were the main event. Every place setting and decorative element came together flawlessly, creating a stunning and elegant atmosphere that our guests are still talking about. We are very grateful for the way that Kelly (and her assistants Heather and Kenzie) worked tirelessly on a warm day to set up and replicate an absolutely stunning table setting for a large guest list - down to the spacing of the silverware set with white gloves! - to bring the design to life.

Our venue required a "Day of" planner so we reached out to Rogue Picnics. We had already secured a lot of the wedding vendors and details but Kelly was able to turn that all into a wonderful wedding day. She provided services that we still needed and helped us put the whole show together. We would definitely recommend her for any special event. Really easy to work with, creative, and communicative. We seriously cannot say enough good things about Rogue Picnics. We feel so full of love and gratitude that Kelly and Heather were part of our wedding day. They created something straight out of a fairy tale—more beautiful and perfect than we ever could’ve dreamed up ourselves (I mean, just look at the pictures!!) Our perfect wedding

I was so happy when I found out Rogue Picnics started micro weddings. I was so stressed trying to plan a wedding and we were close to giving up. I’d seen their work before and knew I’d be in good hands, trusting them with our wedding. We met to customize our package and I could tell they really cared and wanted to make sure our dream wedding became reality. We just wanted to show up and enjoy our day, without all the craziness or stress and that’s exactly what we got. Our vision was beautifully executed and it was just a perfect day. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing and am so thankful to Rogue Picnics for making it so easy.

Beautiful Design and Fun Collaborator

I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating on the table and event design with Kelly for my wedding. Kelly and I had many discussions about the designs I wanted for my vintage inspired event. We started with me creating a pinterest board and after getting a feel for my style, Kelly created me a gorgeous moodboard with a fun color palette inspired by my floral selection that really elevated the space of our venue and guided me through the executing other details of design table numbers and selecting bridesmaid dresses. It was very satisfying to see all the elements come together and compliment each other. This really speaks to Kelly's attention to detail and commitment to making my wedding beautiful! If you are not sure where to start in terms of design elements Kelly has an impressive stock of decor and materials needed, so we did not need to worry about outsourcing napkins, chargers, flameless candles or bud vases for our tablescapes. She also has many wonderful examples on her social media! I truly appreciate the variety in Kelly’s designs and how she tailors her creative process and product to her clients vision and desires (definitely feels customized/not cookie-cutter). She did a great job utilizing and arranging all the rental and personalized deco I provided, while also making sure all items were handled with care and accounted for at the end of the night. Kelly is well versed in local vendors and really helped us out with helpful recommendations! We are an out of state couple from California so we truely appreciated her helping us select a wonderful team of vendors for our special day. She also went out of her way to pick up our printed orders and flowers for us! Kelly was also great at making sure any loose ends with vendors were addressed after the wedding. We appreciated her standing by us throughout the entirety of the process
