Your wedding day should be spent making memories, not managing logistics.

We believe every wedding should let the couple truly enjoy their day. We only take one wedding per weekend, so our whole energy goes to yours — and whether you want us there just for the day or from the very beginning, we'll make sure you feel heard and taken care of every step of the way.

Every package can be customized — destination weddings, event design without coordination, all-inclusive small weddings, our mobile bar, additional hours, and additional staff are all available. Not sure which fits? Ask us — we're here for whatever your needs are.

Day-of coordination

$2,200

You've done the planning — we keep the timeline moving and make sure your day runs exactly as you pictured it.

  • Up to three personalized meetings starting 60 days out to discuss your wedding needs, including one venue tour prior to your wedding (travel fees may apply).
  • Vendor recommendations as needed.
  • Confirmation of wedding details with all vendors booked.
  • Full access to our high-end planning software program.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception.
  • Setup of wedding accessories (such as guest book, place cards, favors).
Everything included
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.
  • Coordination and pinning of boutonnières and specialty florals.
  • Troubleshooting unexpected obstacles.
  • Day-of event coordination up to 12 hours.
  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline.
  • Main point person for your day for family, guests, and vendors.
  • Facilitation of the rehearsal (if applicable).
  • Basic map layout of ceremony and reception with vendor directions.
  • Direction of the processional.
  • One additional assistant for the entire day as needed. More assistants can be added depending on your setup needs and the size of your wedding.
  • Emergency kit.

Partial planning

You have your vendors and a good grasp on your budget — we take over from there and help with the design.

  • Full day-of coordination (everything in the day-of package).
  • One venue tour walkthrough, plus personalized in-person or video meetings every 6–8 weeks as needed. (Travel fees may apply for out-of-town weddings.)
  • Unlimited email and phone communication as needed.
  • Assistance with design, including a custom color palette and mood board.
  • Full access to our high-end planning software for your budget, seating chart, design, wedding website, and other planning needs.
  • Help securing any rentals or decor items needed for your wedding design.
Everything included
  • Vendor recommendations and assistance with any final vendor bookings as needed.
  • Review of vendor contracts, and coordination of all wedding details and timelines with your outside vendors.
  • Help facilitating the overall placement of design elements.

Common questions

Things couples ask first.

How do I know which package is right for me?

If you've done all the major planning and just want someone to keep the timeline moving on the day, day-of coordination is the best fit. If your vendors are secured and you have a good grasp on your budget but want more support and help with design, partial planning is for you. If you've booked few or no vendors, don't have a solid budget, and are feeling overwhelmed about where to start, full planning lets us really hold your hand through the process. And if none of those fit exactly, just ask — we're here for whatever your needs are.

Do you charge a travel fee?

We ask for a travel fee for events outside the greater Medford, Ashland, and Grants Pass area. It depends on the event and your needs, and we'll do our best to work within your budget while covering our lodging, fuel, and travel time. We love to travel and would be thrilled to work with you wherever your dream wedding is.

How many weddings do you take in a weekend?

Just one. Weddings are big events, and we want our energy dedicated to your wedding alone that weekend.

What if you haven't worked at our venue before?

That's okay! I'm confident going into any new setting, and I'll do my homework to make sure I'm familiar with the space well before your day. I love entering new spaces and helping you create the wedding of your dreams.

Kelly is the MVP of our Wedding Day

Kelly from Rogue Picnics was everything on our wedding day. We don't know how she pulled it all off. She showed up with the most calming energy (which, let’s be real, is half the battle on a wedding day), and just handled everything. Guests? Handled. Vendors? Handled. Timeline? Handled. Us forgetting to eat or drink water? Handled with snacks and hydration on deck. She was in 10 places at once, making sure everything ran smoothly while also making us laugh and feel super taken care of. The whole day felt easy and seamless because of her... and that’s saying a lot for a wedding. Incredible Event Coordination
