What a luxury picnic actually is
You pick a date, a group size, and a spot — a park, your own backyard, or one of our hand-selected wineries and private venues around Medford and Ashland. We arrive 45–90 minutes early and set a full table: rugs, pillows, decor, real plates and silverware, cloth napkins, glassware, sparkling and still water on ice, and an amenity basket. You show up, enjoy two hours, and walk away. We come back and clear every last pillow.
What people book them for
Date nights and anniversaries, birthdays and bridal showers, proposals (we've hidden a few rings), galentines, graduations — and a fair number of "just because." The local logistics, honestly
Public parks in the area don't allow alcohol — if you're picturing a wine afternoon, we'll point you to a private venue or winery instead. Standard seating is the low-table, pillow-style picnic; if anyone in your group would rather sit upright, we bring chair-height tables and wood chairs at no charge. Rain plan? Canopies, a reschedule, or moving it indoors — we'll figure it out together, and cancellations with seven days' notice get a full refund.
