Picnics — full process

Plan it. Book it. Enjoy it.

The whole rhythm of how we set, serve, and clear a picnic.

The shape of a picnic day.

  1. 01

    Plan it

Browse packages and pick a location — a park, private home, vineyard, or beach. Send your date, group size, and any add-ons. We'll suggest locations if you'd like.

  2. 02

    Book it

A 50% deposit holds the date. The balance is due at the event or online beforehand. Cancel with seven days notice for a full refund; otherwise the deposit becomes a credit.

  3. 03

    Enjoy it

We arrive 45–90 minutes before your start time to set up. You get two hours of rental time (more by request, $30/hour). We come back at the end to clear it all.

Practical notes

Seating

Standard setup is a low table with pillow seating — the picnic everyone has on their Pinterest board. If you'd rather sit upright, we'll bring chair-height tables with wood chairs at no extra cost.

Food

We coordinate cheese and charcuterie through local vendors, and we're happy to coordinate outside catering, bakeries, restaurants, and dessert. You're also welcome to bring your own food.

Travel

Travel fees apply for locations 30+ minutes from Medford. Coastal travel fees are listed on the elopements page.

More questions

More on picnic logistics.

Can we customize the look?

Yes — share inspiration images and we'll collaborate to create your dream picnic.

Can we use your service in a new location?

We welcome new beaches and venues. We'll just check that each location is safe and logistically feasible.

What if my group is bigger than 20?

See elopements & small weddings, or send a note and we'll build a custom package.

Do we need a permit?

Permits are typically unnecessary for groups under 50 without large structures, but we'll confirm based on your location.
