Plan it. Book it. Enjoy it.
We make it simple — here's the whole rhythm of how we set, serve, and clear a picnic.
The shape of a picnic day.
- 01
Plan it
Take a look at our packages and start thinking about location — a park, your home, a vineyard, or the beach. Need ideas? Let's talk — we can help find the perfect spot.
- 02
Book it
Send us your date and time, guest count, location ideas, and any add-ons. A 50% deposit holds the date, with the balance due at the event or online beforehand. Feel free to ask questions!
- 03
Enjoy it
We arrive 45–90 minutes early so your picnic is set and ready. You get two hours (more by request). Just show up, relax, and enjoy — we'll come clean it all up when you're done.
Seating
Standard setup is a low table with pillow seating — the picnic everyone has on their Pinterest board. If you'd rather sit upright, we'll bring chair-height tables with wood chairs at no extra cost.
Food
We coordinate cheese and charcuterie through local vendors, and we're happy to coordinate outside catering, bakeries, restaurants, and dessert. You're also welcome to bring your own food.
Alcohol
Due to city park regulations, picnic setups in public parks are non-alcoholic. If you're hoping for a wine afternoon, we'll help you pick a private venue or winery instead.
Cancellation
We ask for seven days' notice for cancellations — you'll get a full refund. Inside seven days, your deposit becomes a credit toward a future booking.
Travel
Travel fees apply for locations 30 or more minutes outside the Medford area. Coastal travel fees are listed on the elopements page.
More on picnic logistics.
Can we customize the look?
Yes — share inspiration images and we'll collaborate to create your dream picnic.
Can we use your service in a new location?
We welcome new beaches and venues. We'll just check that each location is safe and logistically feasible.
What if my group is bigger than 20?
See elopements & small weddings, or send a note and we'll build a custom package.
Do we need a permit?
Permits are typically unnecessary for groups under 50 without large structures, but we'll confirm based on your location.
